Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReaperSniper ("the Bot", "the Service"), a Telegram-based Solana trading bot operated by ReaperSniper ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

ReaperSniper is an automated cryptocurrency trading bot that operates on the Solana blockchain via Telegram. The Service provides token sniping, copy trading, AI-based token scoring, DCA orders, limit orders, and portfolio management tools. The Bot connects to decentralized exchanges (DEXes) on Solana to execute trades on your behalf based on your configured settings.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Bot, you represent and warrant that you are legally eligible. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including local cryptocurrency regulations.

4. Wallet and Self-Custody

When you start the Bot, a Solana wallet is created for you. You are the sole custodian of your private keys. You can export your private key at any time using the /export command. We do not store your private keys on our servers in unencrypted form. If you lose access to your private key, we cannot recover your funds. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys.

5. Fees

ReaperSniper charges a commission of 0.7% per trade (buy and sell). There are no subscription fees, no hidden fees, and no minimum volume requirements. Solana network fees (approximately 0.000005 SOL per transaction) are paid separately by you to the Solana network. We reserve the right to modify the fee structure with reasonable prior notice.

6. Referral Program

Our referral program pays 30% of trading fees generated by referred users. Referral commissions are calculated automatically and paid in SOL. There is no cap on earnings and no expiration on referral relationships. Abuse of the referral program, including self-referral, fake accounts, or wash trading to generate referral fees, is prohibited and may result in termination of your referral status and forfeiture of earned commissions.

7. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every individual. The value of digital assets is highly volatile and can result in significant financial losses. Past performance is not indicative of future results. AI token scoring, auto-sniping, and copy trading are tools that assist in decision-making but do not guarantee profits. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. ReaperSniper does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

8. No Guarantees

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation of the Bot. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI token scores, the profitability of any trade, or the availability of any particular DEX or token. Network congestion, smart contract failures, or DEX downtime may affect trade execution.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to launder money or finance terrorism, to manipulate markets, to exploit vulnerabilities in the Bot or connected DEXes, to interfere with other users' use of the Service, to create multiple accounts to abuse the referral program, or to reverse-engineer the Bot's proprietary algorithms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReaperSniper, its operators, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReaperSniper and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may withdraw your remaining funds using the /withdraw command. Your obligation to pay any outstanding fees survives termination.

13. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website at reapersniper.io/terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Bot or our Telegram channel. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
