When you use ReaperSniper, we may collect the following information:

Telegram User ID — used to identify your account and link your wallet. We do not collect your phone number, real name, or profile photo.

Wallet Address — the Solana wallet created for you by the Bot. This is a public blockchain address.

Trade History — records of transactions executed through the Bot, including token addresses, amounts, timestamps, and fees. This is necessary for portfolio tracking and referral commission calculations.

Bot Settings — your configured preferences such as slippage tolerance, default trade amounts, AI Score thresholds, and alert settings.

Referral Data — your referral link, referred users (by Telegram ID), and commission earnings.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, physical address, government-issued ID, or any KYC information. We do not store your private keys in unencrypted form. We do not track your browsing activity, IP address, or device information. We do not use cookies on our website for tracking purposes.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to execute trades on your behalf, calculate and distribute referral commissions, display your portfolio and trade history, apply your configured settings and preferences, improve our AI token scoring algorithms (using aggregated, anonymized data), and ensure the security and integrity of the Service.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. Private keys are encrypted using multi-layer encryption before storage. We implement industry-standard security practices including access controls, monitoring, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Blockchain Data

All transactions executed through the Bot are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is public and immutable. Transaction data on the blockchain — including wallet addresses, transaction amounts, and timestamps — is publicly visible and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else. This is inherent to blockchain technology and not within our control.

7. Third-Party Services

ReaperSniper interacts with Telegram (for the bot interface), Solana blockchain and decentralized exchanges (for trade execution), and Jito (for MEV protection and transaction bundling). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle data.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data and trade history for as long as your account is active. If you stop using the Bot, we may retain your data for up to 12 months for operational and compliance purposes. After this period, non-essential data may be deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us, though blockchain transaction records cannot be deleted.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to export your private key at any time using the /export command. You have the right to withdraw your funds at any time using the /withdraw command. You have the right to request information about what data we hold about you. You have the right to request deletion of your account data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

10. Children's Privacy

ReaperSniper is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Bot or our Telegram channel. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
